Memorial Day at the Aquarium!

For Memorial Day we took the kids to the Living Planet Aquarium. It was a blast, it's so hard to find things that BOTH of the kids will have fun doing with the age difference. They both seemed to really enjoy the aquarium.

This is the sing-ray petting pond! lol! The whole family had fun petting the sing-rays. They feel so cool! Kind of a slimy-squishy-and in a weird way soft..... Anyway, a fun day for the fam!

My Little Climbing Monkey

Casey has always been a little rascal.. climbing all over everything and everybody... making us crazy along the way.
Today she proved that all of her climbing has paid off... she now has ROCK CLIMBING SKILLS!
This rock wall is at a park up Hobble Creek Canyon, it's about 7 feet high and she went right up it on her 1st try!

Makes Me Happy...

For a few weeks in the Spring I can open my back door and the smell of my lilac bushes will fill my kitchen... makes me happy whenever I walk by the window.
